The Objects of SAMSA are:- a. To represent its members by assisting unions in negotiations with appropriate employers and other statutory authorities in matters relating to remuneration and employment conditions. b. To represent its members by providing advice to relevant employment agencies on sustainable career pathways for its members. c. To participate in any matters concerning the ethics, conduct, education and wellbeing of its members
